for a guy to store fats in his thighs and butt is not really common because guys usually store their fat in their abdominal region. but anyways that doesn't matter. you need to be aerobic about this. 3-4 days a week, you need to pick an activity that is aerobic. it can be anything that you want... x-country skiing, swimming, jogging, walking... tha's up to you! i recommend also that you combine that work out with a bit of weight training. since your goal is to lose it, weight lifting should be secondary. weightlifing builds fat burning enzymes... this means, the more fat burning enzymes you have, the better the fat will start to burn. fat cells don't dissapear, they only shrink, remember that! your not losing the fat, your making the fat cells smaller! anyways, try that. if it's too much, bring it down a notch to 2 days a week, and instead of heavy exercise, maybe do some light aerobic exercise... nothing big.. like a half hour walk or anything like that, that you can do with ease, but still requires you to do some work.
